If you are starting from nothing, start here. A wash that will not strip the skin, a conditioner that ends the matting, and a balm for whatever the pavement has done to the pads.
The set contains
- Oat Milk Shampoo, 300 mlThe wash, built for their skin rather than ours.
- Deep Coat Conditioner, 300 mlThe step that stops the coat matting as it dries.
- Paw & Nose Balm, 50 mlFor cracked pads and dry noses.
How to use it
Wash, condition, dry, comb. In that order, every time.
Balm goes on at night, once the pads are clean and dry.
A full wash every four to six weeks is plenty for most dogs.
Between washes, wipes and the mist do the work.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use human shampoo?
Because it is built for a different skin. Human skin sits around pH 5.5, dog and cat skin closer to neutral. One bath does no harm. A year of monthly baths in it is harder on the skin barrier than it needs to be.
Is it safe if my dog or cat licks it?
We formulate on the assumption that some of every product ends up licked off, because sooner or later it does. No product contains essential oils, and every full ingredient list will be on the product page before launch.
From what age can these be used?
Age guidance is printed on each product page and label once the final formula is confirmed. Until then, ask us before using anything on a puppy or kitten.
How often should I bathe my dog?
Every four to six weeks suits most dogs. More often does not give the skin barrier time to rebuild. Between baths, wipes and the mist do the work.
