1. Within 14 days, no reason needed
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in section 7 of the terms of sale. Email [email protected] with your order reference. We refund the product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of your message, using the payment method you used. Return postage is yours unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
2. Opened products
Sealed cosmetics that have been unsealed are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons. If a product caused a reaction in your animal, that is a different matter: tell us what happened and we refund it, opened or not.
3. Within 30 days, unopened
Our own promise, beyond the law: any unopened product can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
4. Damaged or wrong items
Photograph the parcel and the product and email us within seven days of delivery. We send a replacement without asking you to return the damaged one, and we cover any costs.
5. How to return
Wait for our reply with the return address and, where available, a prepaid label. Pack the product so it cannot leak. Keep the proof of postage.
6. Model withdrawal form
